Easy Cleans was established in 2002 to provide between-let house cleaning services. 

Our first regular cleaning agreement was with the Sure Start children's centre in East Marsh, Grimsby, and gradually more offices and businesses in South Humberside and Lincolnshire (35+ at present) have appointed us to provide their regular cleaning.

A new housing estate built in Marshchapel by Keigar Homes in 2004, gave our team its first opportunity to learn and hone the particular skills required for builders' cleans.  We have gone on to provide builders' cleans for RG Carters and many others.

Our mission is to provide good cleaning services to our clients in South Humberside and Lincolnshire.

Good business and employment practice is important to us.  In 2009 Citation plc reviewed our Health and Safety and Human Resources policies.  Having implemented their recommendations, with their support for three years, we now operate with membership of Grimsby Business Hive.  Fairfield Enterprise Centre, Louth, continues to provide us with their excellent "virtual office" service.

Builders' Cleans

We are experienced providers of builders' cleans. We have worked with Keigar Homes Ltd (Barton-upon-Humber), G S Kelsey Construction Ltd (Scunthorpe), Denniss and Marwood Ltd (Louth), and many others.  We have worked on building projects as varied as the new swimming pool at Grimsby Leisure Centre, new staff residential quarters at Boston Hospital, and the new Premier Inn in Cleethorpes.


One-off or spring cleans

Whilst we do not offer regular domestic cleaning services, we have often been asked by families or by social services to help tidy up and clean in homes of the elderly or infirm, sometimes during a hospital stay.  


Deep Cleans

A deep clean may be required when premises have suffered a period of neglect, or where dirt has accumulated in areas that cannot easily be cleaned regularly.  Where limescale has accumulated in washing or toilet areas, where grease has accumulated in cooking areas, or where dust or soot deposits, for example, have accumulated over time, then a deep clean could be the answer. 


Carpet & Upholstery

We are equipped to provide large scale carpet and upholstery cleaning services, such as may be required in business and conference centres, residential homes, theatres, large offices and hospitality venues.


If you're looking for regular office cleaning, we will visit at an appointed time to discuss options and assess what's needed.  We will then provide a written quotation.  If you choose Easy Cleans we will provide induction and initial training to cleaning staff on site.  We will implement the agreed cleaning schedule and continue with training as necessary, whilst also monitoring regularly. We usually commence with a three-month trial period which is extended to a year with our client's agreement.

Similarly for builders' cleans, we are happy to discuss requirements over the phone, and provide an estimate after a site visit (or occasionally from plans). Our dedicated team of builders' clean operatives, headed by Julie and Julie, have years of experience and knowledge of the safety protocols required on building sites and the specifics of cleaning after building works.

Easy Cleans were awarded the Cleaning Contract for Graypen when we moved into our newly built office in January 2013.

We have two cleaning ladies, five nights per week, who do an excellent job on a daily basis.  Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond what is expected.  They are punctual and very reliable.  The Easy Cleans management team are always contactable and will find a solution to any problem or issue which may arise.
